You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets for the US, Canada, and Latin America striving to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with corporate objectives. You will be expected to accomplish this not only through on-going sales operations, but by critically reviewing external opportunities and strengthening areas of in-house weaknesses, You will have wide support from your colleagues to allow you the flexibility to build a formidable sales operation. You will build and nurture a highly effective team, from existing and new hires, and instill a culture that coincides well with a high volume sales environment. You will manage a team of salespeople and support staff that will look to you for continued leadership, guidance and daily feedback.
